 Have a detailed vision/expectation meeting

• Be available for client questions
• Understand term & conditions of venue/vendor contracts 
• Be the form of contact between vendors and client to answer/relay any questions or concerns from both parties
• Scout venues/vendors + Site visits
• Coordinate venue/vendor services

• Help create timelines for day-of/days surrounding event
• Ensuring day of logistics go smoothly 
• Arrange transportation services
• Assist in venue set-up
• Check in with vendors regarding arrival time, what is needed for set up, what is needed throughout event
• Answers any questions from vendors, guests, etc. 
• Handle any problems that arise
• Tends to needs of event space and of client throwing event
• Starts as contract specifies / ends upon completion of contracted services
• Ensures all vendors are paid in a timel

If only venue scouting is required, it is a $50 flat fee for 2 hours + $25 for every additional hour
